Step-by-step install guide

  • A Tandem Source account

    The Tandem Mobi app on the pump user's phone uploads to Tandem Source. PumpDash stays up to date as long as that app is running.

  • Sugarmate by Tandem (recommended)

    Connected to Tandem Source, it makes the pump upload, glucose readings included, about every 5 minutes instead of about once an hour.

  • A screen to put it on

    Any Windows PC or Apple Silicon Mac. A small 1280×400 bar display makes it a dedicated monitor.
